By accessing and using Tarotez, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use License
Upon subscribing and using Tarotez, you are granted:
- Every spread and every category, with no monthly limit
- Permission to use your readings for personal reflection and guidance
- Right to share your readings if you choose
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use Tarotez for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes
- Attempt to bypass subscription or authentication systems
- Share or resell your account access
- Use the service to create or distribute inappropriate content
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Important points about our subscription system:
- Subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time from your account page
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and no further charge is made
- Free trial: new subscribers who have not had one before may get 3 days of Premium free. A payment method is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial; when it ends, the plan chosen at checkout starts and is charged automatically at the price shown before you confirmed, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Canceling during the trial keeps Premium until the trial ends and nothing is charged. One trial per account

- All payments are processed securely
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.
