Can you ask tarot the same question twice?
You can, and the honest test is whether anything has changed since the first reading — the situation, or only your willingness to accept it. If it is the second, you are not asking again, you are shopping.

Does tarot predict the future?
No. A reading is a structured prompt that makes you articulate something you had not articulated, and it works whether or not you believe anything about the cards.
